How to use the Logix Mobile Banking app
If you already use Online Banking, you can open the app and log in with your existing username and password. If you don't have log in information, you can create a username and password right in the app.
Once you log in, you'll see your account(s). You can view your balance and transactions, make transfers, send and receive money, deposit checks, pay bills, view online statements, and more.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO RECEIVE CARD ALERTS FROM THE NEW APP?
Yes, to turn on card alerts, you’ll need to sign in and go to Settings > App Notifications > Card Alert Settings, and enable card notifications.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN MOBILE BANKING?
If you have previously enrolled in Online Banking or used our old mobile app, there is no need to register in the new mobile app. Simply download the new app and log in with your existing username and password. For added protection and security of your account, you’ll be asked to retrieve a 6-digit passcode in order to register your device(s) to use Mobile Banking. Passcodes can be sent via text, email, or phone and only to the phone numbers and/or email address already on file.
If you’re not already enrolled in Online Banking, download the app and click register. You’ll need an account number or card number, the primary accountholder’s last 4 Social Security Number, date of birth, and email address and you’re in!
